General shipping information (Original paintings)

Processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. All orders (except commissions) are processed within 7 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Original paintings & Commissions:

 Germany (3-12 business days)
EU (6-18 business days)
Non-EU Europe (6-18 business days)
Rest of the world (12-30 business days)

Important information about shipping to other countries

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and other fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Samy Löwe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Wrong address or returned

Samy Löwe is not responsible if the address is wrong or information is missing, or the package cannot be delivered because you are absent. In this case, the customer must pay for the shipping to get it shipped again.
