Refund policy

Originals:

Original artworks can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and items must arrive in their original condition.

We recommend reusing the original packaging from your order when sending items back. Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Your refund won't include the shipping costs of your order which we're sharing with you very transparent during your return process. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return, often sooner.

If a return is required due to an error on our part (for example, receiving the wrong or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Samy Löwe reserves the right to decline returns that fall outside the 14-day window or items that are not in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be sent back to the customer, and any associated shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Please keep in mind that Samy Löwe produces artworks in limited quantities to avoid overproduction. For this reason, an item you return may not be available for repurchase if it has sold out.

Prints & Shirts:

Once a print and shirt is dispatched, unfortunately no changes can be made. We're always producing in demand. We normally respond to enquiries at order@by-samy.com within 48 hours.

If your shirt or print arrives damaged or has any other issues, we're always. committed to making it right. Please send us a mail with images of the damaged article and your purchase number at order@by-samy.com.

Exchanges:

As Samy Löwe intentionally manufacturers small quantities to limit overproduction, exchanges of any kind are not permitted.
